Surprise Parties ships all US Domestic packages via USPS and UPS for $7.99 Flat Rate USD from Lebanon, Tennessee, USA.

All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Most packages will arrive with a week. You may be contacted by our office with any questions about your order.
Missing or lost packages- There can be several reasons why a package is missing or gets lost and most of the time it is out of our control. You will receive your tracking details once your package has shipped. You will be able to use the tracking number and details provided to resolve the matter. Please advise if this happens to you and you need our assistance with any information.
Returns and warranty- Due to the intimate nature of the Surprise Parties product line, returning a product is not possible. However, in the unlikely event you receive a defective product, you may exchange the defective product within 30 days of your invoice date to receive a duplicate item. Sorry, no merchandise credit can be issued. If you receive a defective adult “toy” you will be advised to return the products to our manufacturer as advised on your product packaging for a replacement.
